International Workshop on Numerical Modelling of Hydrodynamics for Water Resources
The international workshop on Numerical Modelling of Hydrodynamics for Water Resources will bring together in Zaragoza a group of scientists specialized on water resources modelling. Modern simulation techniques will be discussed from a problem- oriented perspective. The scope of the presentations will include (among other topics) canal and river flow, riparian areas and aquifers. These topics are relevant to hydrology, civil engineering, the environment and agriculture.
Hydroinformatics Workshop 2007
This International Workshop aims to establish state-of-the-art as well as future directions in developments of Hydroinformatics. This is an invitation based event that will bring together prestigious experts, scientists, engineers and managers to exchange ideas and experience, make critical assessment of knowledge in hydroinformatics, and identify and discuss new directions for future research.
International Symposium on Environmental Software Systems
ISESS, the International Symposium on Environmental Software Systems, was initiated in 1995 as a forum in which to present and discuss the fundamentals, progress and actual trends in Environmental Information Systems (EIS) in terms of methods, tools and state-of-the-art applications.

iEMSs 2006, Burlington, Vermont, USA
The third biennial meeting of the iEMSs aims to be a Summit on Environmental Modelling and Software. The organisers think the time is right to propose such an ambitious scope to the meeting and for this reason seek research contributions from environmental modellers and software developers and users. The aims are to enhance sustainability outcomes and decision processes by: establishing the state-of-the-art in Environmental Modelling and Software theory and practice for integrated assessment and management; identifying research needs for advancing the requisite knowledge base and tools; initiating and consolidating research partnerships for systematic studies that acquire, capture and generate knowledge platforms. The themes will include: Integrated Modelling; Adaptive Management; Decision Making Models and Public Participation; Decision Support Tools and Software; Policy and Institutional Analysis; Ecosystem Management
